Why was this never thought of before? It is arguably one of the greatest ideas I've ever heard (and I once heard an idea, spouted earnestly at the time, for butter flavored ice cream).
One can only hope we start implementing this in America. Mapquest of the future, so to speak.

I want a number I can call that will tell me the location of the nearest place to get a decent cup of coffee on the road. There should be a N. American universal hotline... "press 1 for potty, press 2 for coffee, press 3 for reallly good chinese food that won't make you sick..."
I could be rich in a year.
